Welcome to the Uxbridge Public Library blog! If you’ve already reached this spot, you’re doing well. In order to make a post, you will need to log in. You can do this by clicking “Log In” on the right side of this page. Refer to your email inbox for your username and password if this is your first time logging in.
Now, the whole part of making a blog is for its users to…blog. So, if you would like to write a post to put on this blog, log in first and then click “Write” on the next screen that comes up. From here, you can write your blog post. The title is just where you put the main topic of your post– try to make it something to captivate the reader! Underneath the title box is a larger box, similar to that which you might see when writing an email. Here is where you write your post. There are basic formatting options for you to use, OR if you should so wish, you can write your post in HTML and have more formatting options.
Once you’re done writing, just click “Publish” and it’s done! If you don’t want to post it to the site, but you DO want to save what you’ve written, click “Save”. To get back to the main page, click “Visit Site” at the top, or go to http://www.uxlib.com/modules/blog/.
If you’re reading the blog and want to access the part of the site where you can write posts, click “Site Admin” at the right side of the page.
When you’re done working on your posts, you should log out, by clicking “Log Out” either at the top right corner of the page (if you’re on the dashboard after logging in), or on the right side of the page (if you’re reading the blog).
